Step 1: Login to Your Account
- Open the Gamb Gaming Corp App on your device.
- Enter your username and password to log in to your account. If you have forgotten your password, click on “Forgot Password” to reset it.
Step 2: Navigate to Account Settings
- Once you are logged in, go to the main menu, which is typically located at the top right corner of the app or through a menu icon.
- Select “Account Settings” or a similar option.
Step 3: Request Data Deletion
- Scroll down to find the “Privacy” section.
- Click on “Delete My Account” or a similar option. You may be prompted to enter your password again to confirm your identity.
Step 4: Confirmation
- A message will appear, asking you to confirm that you want to delete your account and all associated data.
- Read the information carefully. Deleting your account is typically irreversible and will result in the loss of all your data, including game progress, purchases, and personal information.
- If you agree, click on “Confirm” or “Yes, Delete My Account”.
Step 5: Verification
- You may receive an email or SMS to verify your request. Click on the verification link or follow the provided instructions to proceed.
Step 6: Completion
- After verification, you will receive a confirmation message that your account and associated data have been deleted.
- You will be logged out automatically, and will not be able to log back in with the same credentials.
Important Notes:
- The deletion process may take a few days to complete, during which you may still receive communications from us.
- Make sure to cancel any active subscriptions before deleting your account to avoid future charges.
